What will happen here

Set up an assessment for a client, and decide who needs to contribute to it.
Invite respondents by email, and collect their answers across as many sittings as they need rather than in one go.
Add expert observations alongside what respondents said, and work over the two together.
Turn findings into a report and a roadmap, which reach a client only after a deliberate review.

What it is waiting on

The substrate underneath it: the data layer, the assessment scopes, and the row-level security that walls one assessment off from another. Assessments are the phase after that, which is also when the question bank comes across from the previous platform.
